Tech note: The name “ThirdWay” did not work (long boring story) so I renamed it to “WrongWay”. Therefore, if you have https://rogerjbrown.substack.com
in your computer’s cache you may miss things. It should be https://mathestate.substack.com
If you got this you are probably fine
As you can see, I am experimenting a bit, trying to get used to this new (to me) technology. My goal is posting only when inspired and no more than once a week. None of us need more stuff clogging our in boxes. I have the “comments welcome” option turned on so you can respond if you wish. I am interested in “growing” my readers so if I get anything right please forward what you like.
One thing I am testing is inserting a link here to elsewhere on the web. Some of what I put here will permit/encourage user input. It is optional but you MAY want to interact to complement the narration. At this link you can test a simple example while exploring what we can do together in this adventure (someone tell me if it works or not).
In other news, the book, How to Make Mistakes, is a step closer to being a reality. Here is how it will appear on Amazon in a couple of weeks:
“You hold in your hands the DEFINITIVE guide to making history as an amateur or professional klutz. The author shares his secrets and experience in making bonehead errors over a long lifetime. A must read for anyone with a misplaced feeling of superiority or competence. Examples include the all-important categories of family, romantic partners, money, government, computers, health, aging and religion. Mostly two-syllable words, many pictures.”
Below is a draft of the front and back cover (art?) and with any luck (do I ever?) next week you will get the first chapter.
Enough for this week…

O.K. I got the email so I guess I have the correct info in my mail? Also the link did work so you’re doing it right.
